CORNELIUS Ogba (Mr.) is a first-class Economics Mathematics graduate of the University of Benin (BSc) and Masters in Operations Research at the University of Lagos – Nigeria. A multi-skilled professional in maximizing organization returns on investment through effectively management of change initiatives and delivery of IT transformation. Cornelius is well versed in narrating and visualizing the hidden stories behind financial and business data to assist senior executives' understanding of corporate results and implications for the future. Passionate about innovation, research and problem solving, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative communication style, while accredited with CBAP | CPA | CGA | ACCA | SAMC.

BRIGHAM Barnes (Mr.) an experienced Attorney skilled in Compliance, FCPA, AML, Antitrust, Anti-Corruption, White Collar Crime, Trademarks, Editorials, Public Relations, and Intellectual Property management. A strong legal professional graduated from New York University School of Law and admitted to NY State Bar with diverse of experience as contract attorney and compliance testing reviews to various corporations, with bi-lingual capabilities in Spanish and Portuguese.

HARRISON Opiughie (Mr.) – is an astute organized, transparent, and articulate accountant. He became a chartered accountant (ACA) in 2005, graduated top 5 of his class in Accounting from the University of Abuja in 2008 and an Alumni of London School of Business and Finance under the Global MBA program in 2020. Harrison’s portfolio as a conscientious finance manager spawn over 10 years of professional accounting experience in expanses of financial investment, developing long-term strategies for organization growth and timely preparation of financial reports and statement; he progressively rose through the ranks from being a Business Development Officer to Finance Advisor and now Director, Finance & Administration.
